Dristikod of Asia is officially registered and operated under Siksha Swasthya Evam Gram Vikash Samiti (SSGVS), a legally recognized society registered under UPBIL/2023/87639 with the Uttar Pradesh Societies Registration Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The newspaper is also registered under the Press Registrar General of India (formerly known as the Registrar of Newspapers for India – RNI).
